Tyler and his wife are the perfect hosts.
He, his wife and their staff keep the property well maintained and clean. We stayed a week and they cleaned the house twice. They even did a load of laundry for us for a small fee. He provides bottled water in a 5 gallon dispenser water as part of the house and he refilled it for us twice (saved us from buying tons of plastic bottles). Tyler also has a huge quiver of surfboards to rent. I counted over 30. (He owned a surf shop in the past.).
The pool is large and exceptional. The downtown area is a 5 minute walk and the beach is less than 10. Ask Tyler where to rent a bike. He’ll get you a deal, too. There are few units on the property but we had plenty of privacy.

Dmitri, AirBnB Review
Tyler was extremely helpful and responsive. There were a few typical Central America type hiccups (Power, street flooding, bugs) but we were used to those since we’ve been to Guiones and C.R. before. I love having access to surfboards and boogie boards on the compound, you’ll need a golf cart or something if you don’t like carrying the longer boards on the short walk to the beach. We had a golf cart but only really needed it to go to K section (tide pool for kids), haul groceries or haul long boards…
Another small feedback is I like the backup power to the router to keep internet going when power goes out.
Overall loved the huge house and would stay there again. Thanks for everything Tyler.
